The inhabitants of Kostava Street appealed to Ecological Law Centre for help. The population is alarmed by the fact that perennial pine-trees are being purposefully destroyed on their territory. On the mentioned territory the administration board of Vake-Saburtalo has begun a park construction, which is to be welcome.

But in the process of building tree-felling and destruction of green plantation take place. This causes discontentment of local inhabitants. Besides, in spite of repeated requests, the project of park construction was not handed-over to the inhabitants, which caused their dissatisfaction.
The lawyers of the Centre appealed to the City Hall with a request to bring changes into the project of park construction, conforming it to the demands of local inhabitants, as the future park is intended for them. So the City Hall should take into account their opinion too. At the same time lawyers of the Centre requested to hand them over the project of the park construction.
